HealthSync: Google Sheets

Appends Apple Health metrics to a Google Sheet you select for journaling, dashboards, or sharing trends.

Configure

1. In HealthSync, go to Integrations → Google Sheets → Sign in with Google.
2. Choose an existing sheet or let the app create HealthSync Data.
3. Appends go to the Health Data tab with columns: Timestamp, Metric, Value, Unit, Device.
4. Save and start syncing.
